Where you are today

Start from your program’s actual stage.

Stage one

No digital co-op yet

You support dealers with print, signage or nothing formal, and want a program built for how they advertise now.

  • Program rules and eligibility
  • Dealer guide and evidence checklist
  • Launch and onboarding plan
Stage two

A program dealers underuse

The allowance exists, but participation is low, rules are unclear or submissions arrive incomplete.

  • Rules rewritten for digital
  • Outreach and activation
  • Campaign help for priority dealers
Stage three

A program you can’t see into

Dealers participate, but you lack a consistent view of what ran and whether it met your requirements.

  • Independent compliance review
  • Exception reporting
  • Network-level execution reporting

Manufacturer services

Everything a program needs, purchased the way you need it.

Digital eligibility

Decide what digital activity your program supports, on purpose.

Search, social, display, email, listings, website work and agency fees are separate eligibility decisions. We help you make each one and define the evidence it requires.

  • Eligible channels and placements
  • Treatment of media spend, production and service fees
  • Creative, brand and destination requirements
  • Approval steps and turnaround expectations
  • Evidence required per activity
  • Country and partner-tier differences

An additional option

Offer digital marketing to your dealers under your own brand.

Some manufacturers want an approved agency their dealers can use. We can deliver that service under your brand or a separately branded agency name, aligned to your program.

About white-label digital marketing

Our dealers finally have one clear set of rules and someone to call. Participation is up, and the claims we receive are complete.

FAQ

Questions we hear

Can you help us create our first digital co-op program?

Yes. We help define eligible activities, creative and brand requirements, approvals, evidence and the dealer-facing guide, then plan the launch.

Do we have to use you for campaign execution?

No. Each service can be purchased separately. Many manufacturers use our compliance review and reporting while dealers or other agencies execute.

Do you use technology to review advertising?

We may use AI-assisted text and image evaluation as part of review. Findings are based on the evidence available, and we identify anything that evidence does not establish.

Do you guarantee dealer claims will be approved?

No. Approval and payment remain with the program owner. We help dealers prepare and submit complete claims.
