Cooperative advertising, verified
Make your co-op advertising program easier to use and verify.
Help your dealers put digital marketing funds to work. Coop Claim supports program development, dealer participation, campaign execution, compliance reporting and claim submission.

Two ways in
Built for manufacturers. Useful to their dealers.
Most of our work starts with the manufacturer’s program. Dealers who already have access to co-op funds can get help running campaigns and preparing submissions.

Build a program your network actually uses.
Whether you are launching a first digital co-op program or fixing one that dealers ignore, we help design it, activate it and verify what runs under it.
- Program rules, creative requirements and dealer instructions
- Outreach and onboarding across your network
- Independent compliance review and network reporting
Put the funds you have to work.
Understand your manufacturers’ requirements, run suitable campaigns, keep the right records and get help submitting claims.
- Campaigns planned against program rules
- Evidence organized by brand
- Submission assistance to the correct recipient
What manufacturers need
A co-op program only works when it is used, and only matters when you can verify it.
Allowances that dealers never claim, rules written for print, and no clear view of what ran. These are the problems we are built to fix.
Make the program usable
Clear eligibility, creative requirements and evidence rules that a busy dealer can follow without calling your channel team.
Expand suitable digital activity
Decide deliberately which digital channels, fees and placements your program supports, and what proof each one requires.
Increase dealer participation
Outreach, onboarding and campaign help that turn available funds into local advertising for your products.
Verify execution
Independent review of advertising evidence against your rules, with exceptions flagged and reported across the network.

How it works
From program rules to a submitted claim.
The same five steps apply whether we run the campaign or review someone else’s work.
Understand the program
Rules, eligible activities, approvals, deadlines and the evidence each requires.
Plan and approve
Campaign plans and creative prepared for the approvals the program asks for.
Execute or review
We run the campaign, or review the advertising another team runs.
Report
Execution and exceptions reported against the program, separate from performance.
Support submission
Documents prepared and the claim submitted to the correct recipient.
Compliance, explained
Approval, delivery and cost are three different records.
An approved mockup doesn’t prove the ad ran. An invoice doesn’t prove the ad met the rules. We check each requirement against the record that actually supports it.
- Approval
- Shows a specific version was accepted by the program.
- Delivery
- Shows what ran, where and when.
- Cost
- Shows what was paid, and which charges the program covers.

Marketing performance and program compliance are related, but one does not establish the other. We report them separately.
Industries
Fifteen dealer networks, each with its own rules.
Showrooms, installer-dealers, subdealers, distributors: the channel structure changes the program. Our industry pages start from how each network actually sells.

What a usable program looks like.
Across manufacturer programs we have designed, rebuilt or supported.
We had a co-op program on paper. Coop Claim turned it into something our dealers actually use, and for the first time we can see what ran and whether it met our guidelines.

Our approach
Clear about what we verify, and what we don’t.
We describe exactly what each review establishes and which evidence it relies on. Where a record is missing, we say so.
- Claims assistance ends at submission. Approval and payment remain with the program owner.
- Compliance review is available without us running your advertising.
- Every program is evaluated on its own current rules, country and partner tier.
- No promises about reimbursement amounts or approvals.
